spouting my thoughts
Since Ameen is back in school alot of things has settled down and he didn,t have any trouble at all with the transition from being out of school to being in school i think he welcomed the routine and being back in school the only sad part of the whole thing is that the government has took it upon themselves to decide that each child with Autism should be giving less funding per child/teen or adult and decided that after a few years of specialized services and if the child is older that they don,t need as much funding which really doesn,t bother me a whole lot because he accomplished alot of stuff with my husband and I working on things with him before the services came in and i worked so hard getting them in that i wonder what the purpose was working on it to have them come in only to have alot of intrusion and alot of the workers and leaders criticis me and my parenting skills when alot of the ones they brought into my house have only worked with autistic teens and have never had a child with it of there own

sleep pattern
my son ameen,s sleep pattern is pretty much back on track ?Now if i could bet some of the other things back on track it would be better he is backsliding in certain areas and tapping his hands to his head and the odd time bitting himself for no apparent reason i know we just have to go withthe flow he will backslide it is characteristic of autistic individuals

sleep pattern
i,m feeling very fatigued,my son ameen routine is all out of wack being that he,s not in school so his sleep pattern is screwy hopefully he can get some sleep soon so i can get some sleep

discouraged?
i,m feeling discouraged and wondering what is going on inside my son,s head?As of late his autism has really been acting up and things that he hasn,t done for quiet a while like bitting himself and backsliding?I know there had been a fair bit of changes this summer ,with mom,s health and being out of school?He worries so much about mom more than someone his age should and he always knows something is wrong with mom sometimes before she even does ?I just wish that he could have a friend ,somone to pall around with other than his community aide worker

feeling discouraged
Lately i,ve been feeling discouraged because my son seems to be backsliding in certain area?iI,m wondering whether it has anything to do with him being out of school for the summer and that his routine has been changed?I recovering from 2 heart surgeries within 6 months and wondering whether ,that has anything to do with ,why he is backsliding
