    I’m Natalia Miranda, I am writing from Bogotá Colombia, and I do so,
    To interest you in my story; since I’m an artist who is also mother and care giver Of an Angel.
    She is a lovely disabled child, because of a cytomegalovirus that I had when I was pregnant with her (when I was 18)
    That virus caused her to have ventricular calcifications so she is severely disabled .She is now 12.

    Her name is Megan , her condition is Known as “Pillow Baby” , She laughs a lot , but she cant sit or talk , or walk and she has to be given her food , She needs care 24 / 7 .
    Many times during the day she needs respiratory therapy which I have learned how to do myself, so she can be as good as possible without needing to go to the hospital all the time.
    I have learned to massages and soothe her aches and keep her comfortable.
    She also has a very serious scoliosis, Megan is now 12 years old, and its becoming harder and harder to manage her and have her in a good position.
    I’m a single mother, and Colombian government gives NO financial aid
    To us care givers, who have fought to give our child the best life, and sacrifice the possibility of working and earning a living.
    All This has caused my mother (who has helped me since Megan was Born) to be in serious debt all the times , and have to be constantly borrowing from people to give Megan what she needs and also support me.

    Here at home, I teach English to kids and try to get translation jobs, but I can’t do much.

    I’m also a singer, song-writer; I have been for 15 years,
    And thanks to a producer who believed in me,
    I just released my album Sweet Heart
    It is an honest and heart felt work

    I’m very proud of this album, and I’m doing my best to promote it
    I Hope to have my talent be the way to have a life for myself and make Megan proud; show her that she didn’t stop me from getting abundance and recognition, be able to travel through my voice and be peoples soundtrack, also I Dream of getting my Mother the car she has been working for all her life, and now, at 53 she still doesn’t have.
