    My name is Brittany Petish. I'm currently a senior at the Art Institute of Atlanta and my major is Graphic Design. I've done countless hours on researching Autism and I'm hoping one day to open my own Art Therapy Practice for Autistic Children ages 5-7. I'm currently working on workbooks that the children could work though with a therapist. I don't want to medicate these children or do any kind of torturous things I've heard that are done. I simply want to help them through pictures and what not discover themselves a little better. This is a brief survey to help me with my thesis for college.     Thanks for the info, unfortunately litchfield schools doesn't have a good reputation around here for some reason. Although reading schools do but I don't know what special services they have.

    All summer my daughter has been with out any therapy or anything at all. I am really upset over this cause I help her at home but even I am limited to what I can do. I don't have therapy equipment here etc.. and I don't have the money to pay for outside therapy. All she gets is what the school will give which is very small, and last year they didn't even give her what she required and I had to take further steps but she ended up going with out OT completely. I don't have an adovcate and am trying to learn but I am loaded down and am having a hard time keeping up. I am going to contact the insurance company and fight with them. I sometimes feel lost
