Anyone had another child after 1 has been diagnosed with autism?

Hello all. I would like to hear from parents that had a child dignosed w/autism that decided to have another child. My son is 5 & my husband has been talking a lot about us having another child. I have only met 1 mom that had an autistic child & then choose to get pregnant again & I don;t know her well enough to ask her why she made her decision. I know other Mom's w/more than 1 child, bu they had a "typical" child before the autisitc one, so that doens't really help.

     BY THE TIME I REALIZED MY KIDS HAD AUTISM. THEY WERE ALREADY BORN, I DONT REALLY KNOW IF I WOULD HAVE HAD THE OTHER 2 HAD I REALIZED IT. BUT I AM GLAD I DID EVEN THOUGH I AM GOING CRAZY. BUT I WOULDNT TRADE THEM FOR THE WORLD.SOMETIMES I FREAK OUT AND CRY AND CRY. BUT AS THEY GET OLDER IT DOES GET EASIER. AND IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF SUPPORT AND LOVE FROM YOUR FAMILY OR FAMILY MEMBERS THEN IT WOULD BE OK FOR YOU. ITS MORE OF A PERSONAL THING.
