    I live in Northeastern PA.  We just started at the Neurosensory Center with a DAN! doctor and she started my son on an antiviral, acyclovir. We have had our son on the gfcf diet since before he was diagnosed in March, 2007.  We also have him on probiotics, digestive enzymes, MB12 nasal spray, B6, Magnesium, DMG, and soon to be starting Fish Oil.  Great thing about this place, we were able to get a referral from the pediatrician, so the visits and the prescriptions are covered by insurance!!!! YIPEEEEEEE.  There is great information on the antiviral approach on the tacanow website.
