It has been my lifelong dream to build a carousel, and since learnig about having Asperger's Syndrome myself, I've always wanted to do something special to educate the public in a meaningful way. The Autism Awareness carousel combines my desire to teach people about the autism spectrum and share my love and knowledge of carousels as well as invite my fellow artists on the autism spectrum to amaze the public with their wondrous talents by contributing their skills, be it designing animals or painting scenery panels and/or rounding boards.
