Amy,

your experience with autism and your reaction to it could parallell mine. It is wonderful to read such love and understanding regarding your son and his diagnoses. So often, many family members view it as a catostrophic or devastating event...when in fact it is something to be thankful for. We were blessed with these children for a reason, because we can help them. How is your son doing? Has he started OT yet? Good luck, chat with me anytime.
